 Michelle Norwine brings more than 30 years of exceptional, hands-on leadership in the acquisition, repositioning, and long-term stabilization of stressed commercial real estate assets. Throughout her career, she has overseen the operational turnaround of more than 500 properties totaling over 100,000 units, consistently transforming underperforming assets into stabilized, cash-flowing communities. Her expertise spans the full value-add lifecycle—from initial due diligence and operational triage to execution of repositioning strategies that improve occupancy, increase NOI, and enhance asset value. Michelle’s depth of experience allows her to identify inefficiencies quickly, implement disciplined management systems, and drive results in challenging market conditions where less experienced operators often struggle.


Equally important is Michelle’s deep technical knowledge of construction, rehabilitation, and contractor management, which sets her apart as an operator, not just an administrator. She has led large-scale renovation and refresh programs involving interior unit upgrades, major capital improvements, infrastructure repairs, and exterior repositioning—while maintaining strict cost controls and minimizing operational disruption. Her ability to manage contractors, negotiate vendor relationships, sequence construction timelines, and align capital expenditures with investor return objectives has been proven across diverse asset classes and market cycles. This rare combination of operational, construction, and strategic expertise enables Michelle to unlock hidden value in distressed or transitional properties and execute complex repositioning plans with precision, accountability, and measurable performance gains.
