Michelle Norwine is the Founder and Principal of Lunar Asset Management, a full-service property management firm specializing in the operation, stabilization, and repositioning of multifamily assets. With more than three decades of proven experience overseeing diverse residential portfolios, Michelle combines institutional-grade operational strategy with a hands-on leadership approach that drives performance and value for ownership groups.

Before founding Lunar Asset Management, Michelle served as Chief Operating Officer of Red Oak Management, where she directed operations for 26 properties totaling more than 4,000 units across seven states. Her responsibilities encompassed executive oversight, financial forecasting, lender compliance, contract administration, site management, and capital improvement strategy. She also played a pivotal role in numerous multifamily acquisitions—leading due diligence, underwriting, and transition planning to ensure seamless integration and optimized returns.

Throughout her career, Michelle has held key leadership positions with several respected regional and national property management firms, successfully supervising thousands of units across markets in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Michigan, Illinois, Virginia, Connecticut, and Florida. She holds both CAM and CAPS certifications, is OSHA hazard-trained, and maintains a deep understanding of Fair Housing and HUD compliance standards—ensuring every asset under her management meets the highest benchmarks of performance, accountability, and regulatory adherence.
