Michelle Norwine is the Founder and Principal of Lunar Asset Management, a full-service property management firm specializing in the operation, stabilization, and repositioning of multifamily assets. With over three decades of experience in managing diverse residential portfolios, Michelle brings institutional-grade expertise and a hands-on leadership style to every asset under management. Lunar Asset Management currently oversees 2500 AUM with 500 more onboarding 1st Quarter of 2026.

Prior to launching Lunar Asset Management, Michelle served as Chief Operating Officer of a large property management company in the Northeast, where she oversaw operations for 26 properties totaling over 4000 units across seven states. Her scope of leadership included executive oversight, site management, lender compliance, financial forecasting, contract administration, and strategic capital improvements. Michelle has also played a key role in numerous acquisitions, conducting due diligence, underwriting, and integration planning to ensure seamless transitions and performance optimization.

Her background includes successful tenures with multiple regional and national property management firms, where she supervised thousands of units in markets across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Michigan, Illinois, Virginia, Connecticut, Florida and beyond. Michelle is CAM and CAPS certified, OSHA hazard-trained, and deeply familiar with Fair Housing and HUD regulations, making her uniquely qualified to lead operations that require compliance, efficiency, and high-level reporting to ownership and lending partners.
